Mission and history

Cartotecnica Esse-bi is situated near Como, in Lurago d’Erba, Italy, in a state-of-the-art production unit equipped for the manufacture of paper baking molds for Panettone, Colomba cakes, tarts, ring cakes, plum cakes, Fornarina, Focaccia and pizza.

We also produce special Easy Bake molds in different sizes and shapes, that can be tailormade on customers’ request, industrial baking cups, customizable paper cups for confectioners, white and golden cardboard trays and other display and service items. 

Thanks to the successful investments made and the experience we have acquired through the years, we are now the ideal partner for different types of food industries. Our mission is to make the daily work of food professionals easier and safer, at the same time reducing production costs. Our molds can be used as a technical cooking tool, but also as a presentation and packaging tool. We are careful to perceive the evolution of consumer tastes; we have a technological capacity that allows us to respond flexibly and quickly to specific customer requests. Finally, we have an ecological culture that translates into continuous research into eco-friendly products and solutions.
